Job Description
Mirantis is adding a FINANCE MANAGER to our team! This role will be part of the Mirantis FP&A team and reports to the Director, FP&A. The individual will work closely with the FP&A lead in providing financial and analytical support to ensure achievement of financial objectives of a fast-growing business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for operating expenses and headcount planning. Provide subsequent monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Closely monitor ongoing performance and perform periodic variance analysis of budgeted, forecasted and actual financial performance. Clearly interpret and document variance drivers.
- Assist in preparing management reports and Board packages summarizing P&L, B/S, cash flow performance and key SaaS KPI analysis.
- Support department leaders in daily operations and periodic financial and operational performance reviews; developing analysis around drivers, trends, opportunities, and share insights and recommendations through data.
- Play an active role in process automation, new tool implementation and optimization. Drive continual process improvements to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close activities. Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis.
