Job Description

We are looking to hire a Mid-Level Genesys IVR Developer to help us keep growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The re-design of IVR flows into Genesys Cloud CX IVR/Voice bots
• Develop Data Actions to leverage integration into Customer’s backend systems
• The re-creation of flows in Genesys Cloud Architect
• Creation of Speech Recognition applications using Google DialogFlow
• Migration from Legacy Genesys environment into Genesys Cloud
• Connecting Genesys Cloud with a DevOps environment to include YAML and code deployment to Production
• Leverage automated test tools for Unit Testing, QA support and migration to Production environment
• Support to QA and UAT team to validate and correct test cases

Qualifications

• +3 Years of Genesys Cloud experience with Routing, Schedules, and Architect flows
• Ability to take a visio and implement the design in Architect leveraging Google DialogFlow bots
• Preferably Genesys Certified GC Professional
