Job Description
Support Executive Vice President and the US-based Miratech team members with administrative support.
The intention is that this position is initially part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. There will be assigned projects, as well as ad hoc activities that may include scheduling travel and associated logistics, meetings, document and PowerPoint preparation and/or review, scheduling and arranging meetings and/or small or local events with clients or partners, scheduling Regus office time, collecting and scanning/forwarding mail, and other such activities.
There may also be liaison with the Miratech teams in other global locations, as required.
This position may expand to marketing, sales, or events roles and could become full-time if performance is satisfactory and the level of business grows sufficiently.
