• General Manager

Compensation:

• $75-85K salary (based on experience)

Schedule requirements:

• Approximately 50 hours weekly 
• 5 days weekly

Language requirements:

• English

Expertise sought:

• 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff education, training, and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Staff scheduling
• Managing 15-20 people
