Ghost tacos and cocktails in Commerce, MI is seeking an experienced full-time General Manager.

Ghost tacos and cocktails (ghosttacosandcocktails.com) is about everything that makes us happy! A modern Mexican Menu, dynamite margaritas, and a vibe that's funky and casual. From our fresh handcrafted margaritas & cocktails and unique tacos to the fun atmosphere of the day of the dead-themed art & murals on the walls, everything at Ghost is designed to give our guests an experience of a celebration!

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a love for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• General Manager

Compensation:

• $60-65K based on experience
• Medical benefits

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a casual high-volume restaurant
• Bar knowledge
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Scheduling
• Cash handling
• Managing 15-20 people
• Banquet set up and scheduling
