Upscale Confidential Bar in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a full-time Lead Bartender.

Upscale Confidential Bar is an elegant space featuring the finest libations in a comfortable lounge setting.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You can take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player

Position:

• Lead Bartender (hourly + tips)

Compensation:

• $20-25 hourly + tips
• $1200+ weekly average

Schedule requirements:

• Closed Mondays
• Tuesday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm
• Thursday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 12:00am
• Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm (we are only open Sundays with extended hours from September - early February/Football Season).

Language requirements:

• English

Experience sought:

• 2 years of previous bartending experience in a bar/upscale casual restaurant
• Staff training and motivation
• Bartending/Mixology classes preferred
