John & Molly’s Neighborhood Tavern(johnandmollys.com) in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to join our team.

John & Molly’s Neighborhood Tavern is a family-owned tavern housed in a historic 19th-century building serving delicious and creatively prepared beverages, fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, & beers.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• Front of House Manager

Compensation:

• $24-28 hourly | experience-based
• Paid weekly
• Paid time off
• Bonus pay

Schedule requirements:

• 50-55 hours per week
• 5 days per week

Language requirements:

• English
• Spanish is helpful

Experience:

• 1+year of restaurant management experience in a casual bar/restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training & motivation
• Managing 15-20 people
