Deno’s Mountain Bistro in Winter Park, CO is seeking a full-time experienced Line Cook to join our team.

Deno’s Mountain Bistro is Winter Park's Favorite watering hole and the perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing, to enjoy a nice hot meal. We are an upscale-casual American bistro with a huge wine list & beers galore, plus an upstairs sports bar.

The ideal applicant values teamwork and works well with others. Your grill and sauté skills are strong.

Position:

• Line Cook

Compensation:

• $23 hourly 
• Paid bi-weekly
  
• Bonus pay

Schedule requirements:

• 35-40 hours weekly
• 5 days a week
• Must be available to work holidays

Language requirements:

• English

Desired experience:

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
