Goldie in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to join our team.

Goldie (goldiefalafel.com)is a vegan, Israeli-style falafel shop/lunch spot serving fresh-to-order falafel, French fries, and tehina shakes in cool gold-toned digs… Named for "baby Zahav" ("Zahav" is the Hebrew word for "gold"), the heart of Goldie's menu is Chef Caitlin McMillan's so-fresh-you-forget-it's-fried falafel with tehina, Israeli salad, cabbage, optional amba, harissa, or schug condiments, all tucked inside pita baked daily at Dizengoff. Goldie has a "no toppings bar" ethos - we build each sandwich with our practiced hands. We also serve falafel salad, shawarma spiced French fries, and tehina shakes. Oh, and we're Kosher!

The \#1 thing we want this role to initially accomplish is to assist upper management with re-solidifying store routines.

The ideal applicant is highly skilled at managing guest satisfaction. You can take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player.

Position:

• Store Manager

Compensation:

• $45-50K based on experience
• Additional $200/wk bonus pay opportunity

Schedule requirements:

• ~40-45 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• Flexible between 9:00am and 8:00pm

• English

Desired Experience:

• 2 years of previous high-volume fast casual or quick-serve experience 
• 1 year of previous leadership experience (does not have to be restaurant experience)
• Staff training & motivation
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Managing 5-10 people
