Red Rooster Harlem in the heart of Harlem, NYC, NY seeks an experienced full-time Server.

Red Rooster Harlem serves comfort food that celebrates the roots of American cuisine and the neighborhood’s diverse culinary traditions. We seek to share the story of Harlem with our guests and offer a space that celebrates local artists, musicians, and culinary talents alike.

Co-creators Andrew Chapman and Marcus Samuelsson have long wanted to open a restaurant that would have a positive impact on the neighborhood’s culinary landscape and its community at large.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a love for hospitality. The number one thing this role is to initially accomplish is to make sure our guests leave with a smile and feel blown away.

Position:

• Server

Compensation:

• $15 hourly + tips 
• $40-45 hourly average
• Paid Weekly

Schedule requirements:

• 30 hours/week
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays 

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2 years of previous Server experience in NYC at an upscale casual restaurant
• Staff training & motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
