Go Fish Seafood (gofishseafood.com) in Reading, PA is seeking a full-time experienced Line Cook.

Go Fish Seafood is a cafe and sushi bar where guests enjoy prepared dishes made from the products we sell in our cases. We are committed to supplying Berks County with the highest quality seafood by promoting great-tasting, sustainably produced, authentic artisan seafood.

Position:

• Line Cook

Compensation:

• Starting at $18 hourly | paid weekly

Schedule requirements:

• Tuesday through Saturday 
• 1:00pm to 9:00pm or 10:00pm
• The schedule may vary based on the demand

Language requirements:

• English 
  

Desired experience:

• 1+ years of kitchen experience in a similar role
• 1+ years working with seafood 
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Proven knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation and various cooking methods
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory
