Position:

• Kitchen Managers / Lead Cooks

Compensation:

• Up to $19 hourly (commensurate with experience)

Expertise:

• Minimum of one-two years of previous restaurant experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Knife handling
• Receiving
• Organizing
