Rosemary in Ridley Park, PA is seeking an experienced full-time front of House Restaurant Manager.

Rosemary (rosemaryrp.com) is a new upscale casual family-owned restaurant featuring locally sourced, modern American cuisine in an upscale, contemporary, and family-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a love for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• Front of House Manager

Compensation:

• $55K+ salary based on experience
• Medical

Schedule requirements:

• 5 days a week
• Full-time availability

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous FOH management-level experience in an upscale casual restaurant
• Fine dining experience helpful
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training and motivation
• Scheduling
• Managing 10-15 people
