Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a full-time experienced Sous Chef.

Paris 66 is a Parisian bistro in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, dedicated to creating an authentic French dining experience for our guests. Our menu offers French fare, wines, beers & cocktails plus espresso drinks & pastries.

• Sous Chef

Compensation:

• Starting at $25 hourly

Schedule requirements:

• Wednesday through Saturday from12:30pm to 9:30pm
• Sunday from 9:00am to 2:30pm

Language requirements:

• English

Experience requirements:

• 3 years of BOH culinary experience in a similar management role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Culinary degree preferred
• Food Safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Good knife-handling skills
• Staff training & motivation
