Paris 66 in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time experienced Line Cook.

Paris 66 is a family-run Parisian bistro in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. We are dedicated to creating an authentic French dining experience for our guests. Our menu offers French fare, wines, beers & cocktails plus espresso drinks & pastries.

The ideal candidate loves food and has a passion for hospitality. You are skilled at maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure and value teamwork.

Compensation:

• Starting at $22 hourly

Schedule requirements:

• Wednesday through Saturday from12:30pm to 9:30pm
• Sunday from 9:00am to 2:30pm

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2 years of BOH culinary experience in a similar role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Familiar with handling tickets as they come into the kitchen
• Culinary degree preferred
• Food Safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Good knife-handling skills
