Job Description

We are seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage warehouse deliveries, maintenance, inventory and organization
• Manage and improve operational practices among departments - cake decorators, cupcake decorators, drivers, night shift bakers
• Purchase inventory and allocate to production and stores
• Track and forecast bakery inventory for sales to each location
• Supervise, control and check for consistency all orders and baked goods leaving the bakery for retail sale
• Be the direct liaison between owner and COO in communicating operational needs and goals
• Enforce policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
• Willingness to pitch in whenever and wherever needed to fulfill operational functions including inventory receipt and organization, deliveries, daily facility maintenance and cleanup
• Plan daily delivery driver routes to minimize costs and increase efficiencies
