ABOUT MISHIPAY

We bring the best of the online shopping experience into physical stores with our Scan, Pay and Go journey. Our technology allows in-store shoppers to use their phone to scan the barcode of any item in the store, receive enriched product information, pay directly in the app and simply walk out once payment is complete. We work with some of the worlds largest retailers including names like Breeze Thru, MUJI, Decathlon, Dufry, Relay and Eroski.

THE ROLE

The role of the Customer Success Executive is to visit MishiPay enabled stores and carry out in-depth work including:

• Meet store managers/staff and onboard them on the MishiPay platform.
• Execute the training of store staff and store managers.
• Perform App in-store testing and report potential bugs back to the team.
• Conduct shopper research inside the store.
• Produce reports around traction, risks and opportunities to maximise Scan & Go adoption and results.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

• Educated to degree level with excellent communication skills and happy to engage with shoppers and store manager executives.
• Excellent understanding of mobile applications (you should be an avid user of Apps and interested in technology).
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel. Driving licence preferred.
• Experience of working in retail stores is a bonus.
• Work weekends as required.
