OFFICE / ADMINISTRATIVE / OPERATIONS
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
UP TO $100,000 TO START PLUS EXCELLENT COMPANY-SPONSORED BENEFITS AND ANNUAL BONUS
AS HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, YOU WILL:
- Partner with Department Heads, Supervisors and Executive Leadership Teams
- Serve as a bridge between the HR Department, leadership teams and internal Departments
- Administer Human Resource Operations for an assigned group of internal departments
- Provide strategic guidance to Department Heads and Supervisor on matters of employee relations, performance management, talent development, recruiting, compensation and benefits, change management, safety and compliance
- Provide additional guidance, coaching and support to Department Managers and Supervisors
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams
- Uphold quality and compliance standards
- Drive performance, communication, engagement, continuous improvement and results through your strategic partnerships
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Manage special projects

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:
- At least 5 years of Human Resources experience or similar
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Labor Laws
- A Bachelor's Degree
