Job Description

Mission City Indian Motorcycle® is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team! You will interact with customers who are in the market for a New or Pre-Owned motorcycle. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the motorcycle industry and experience in retail, sales, and/or customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell new and pre-owned motorcycles, including parts and accessories, to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
