Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Superintendent - MEP to direct field execution for electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage scopes on data center and critical infrastructure construction work in Boise, Idaho.
Pay: $210,000-$250,000/year, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time field leadership role; schedule based on project needs

Responsibilities:
- Direct field execution for electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage scopes on mission-critical projects
- Manage subcontractors installing switchgear, UPS systems, generators, CRAC units, and related critical systems
- Sequence work to meet tight commissioning, energization, integrated testing, and turnover deadlines
- Lead daily coordination meetings, drive production, and resolve field constraints
- Enforce OSHA safety standards, quality control procedures, and professional jobsite expectations
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, commissioning, and trade teams
Requirements:
- Superintendent, field leadership, foreman, or construction supervision experience on MEP-heavy projects
- Mission-critical, data center, electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or critical infrastructure construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with switchgear, UPS, generators, CRAC units, power distribution, cooling, or critical systems
- Ability to lead subcontractors, run coordination meetings, and drive field production
- Strong safety, quality, communication, and schedule-management mindset
- Ability to work in Boise-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
