    Mission Home Builders is looking for an intelligent and motivated self-starter to manage its business operations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Financial / Bookkeeping

    Financial Reporting to executive team

    Provide answers and oversite for CPA preparing taxes for Mission Home Builders

    Provide answers and oversite for CPA preparing taxes for all Projects

    Prepare payment application submissions to lenders

    Pay vendors for completed work and obtain lien releases

    Contracting

    Send request for proposals to vendor list at the appropriate time, receive proposals, and organize for review by VP of Construction

    Insert scope of work into template contracts and send to selected vendors for execution

    Setup all new contractors in Quickbooks and project software applications

    Operations

    Project management updates

    Update weekly all Microsoft Project schedules

    Update all project budgets as actual invoices are collected

    Update design selection documents for all projects to be used for buyer contracts

    Investor management

    Maintain all spreadsheets for taxes, communications, and profits distribution

    Syndicate monthly project updates

    Buyer management

    Manage all communications for both Spec and Custom construction clients

    Keep inventory and order office supplies

    Employee operations

    Maintain all software accounts and hardware needed for operating

    Manage and execute payroll

    Credit card purchase oversite

    Marketing:

    Design and order all project site signage

    Mission Home Builder products - swag, investor pitch packet, buyer products

    Manage website updates

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma required

    College degree preferred

    Microsoft Project training a plus

    Software savvy: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Business Suite

    Characteristics:
