The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land use and environmental law, including knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, CESA, ESA, and regulatory agencies. The candidate must have strong writing, research, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a California law license in good standing. A law degree from an accredited school with a minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred. 

The position pays between $200,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes potential bonuses.
