    Are you an accomplished Paralegal with a passion for Trust & Estates, and Probate law? Our esteemed law firm in Seattle is seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust & Estates and Probate to join our dynamic legal team.

     

    About the Firm:

    An ambitious law firm specializing in Family Law & Estate Planning. They are an ambitious law firm on track for growth and are looking to hire a team of paralegals with experience in all aspects of family law or estate planning and probate who can hit the ground running and be part of establishing their dream team. They support each other personally and professionally.

     

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in estate planning or family law and have experience filing in King or Snohomish County.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Case Management: Oversee and manage a caseload of Trust & Estates and Probate matters from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met.
    • Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate filings, and assist in the preparation of estate planning documents.
    • Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments and addressing their concerns.
    • Court Filings and Proceedings: Prepare and file legal documents with the court, coordinate court appearances, and assist in the preparation for hearings and trials.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure effective teamwork and provide valuable contributions to the overall success of the practice.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on Estate Planning or Family Law.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to character, integrity, and work ethic.
    • The ability and flexibility necessary to work at a growing firm.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills needed to work with all levels of staff and our clients.
    • Highly empathetic while also maintaining professional boundaries in emotionally charged
    • matters.
