    Mission Recruiting is looking to hire a Business Development professional in the several different industries. industry. Mission Recruiting is a direct-hire, contingency based recruiting firm established in 2013. We have grown more than 100% over the last few years. We are based in California, however our positions are 100% remote and serve our clients nationwide.

     

    Position Overview:

    We are expanding our reach, and we are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to sell our recruiting services to a variety of verticals including:

    • Manufacturing
    • Aerospace
    • Engineering
    • Logistics
    • Oil & Gas
    • Construction
    • You tell us - we're open to hearing from exceptional sales people

    The ideal candidate will have multiple years of sales experience selling high-ticket items or services to their industry. Experience in selling recruiting or staffing services is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in selling commercial services
    • Demonstrated skills in business development
    • Possess strong negotiation skills
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
