Job Highlights:

• Lead your team in providing high quality, consistent technical support, and ensuring technical support service levels are being met or exceeded
• Manage the lifecycle of field service incidents
• Work closely with management to implement and maintain procedures and ITIL best practices
  

Job Requirements:

• Five years of experience within Information Technology
• Ideally have two or more years of experience leading help desk or service desk operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels and across multiple disciplines
