You will collaborate closely with the Corporate & Securities team, and you will be responsible for handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow, asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.

To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, admission to the NJS Bar, and experience in general corporate matters, securities-related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity, and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures.
