San Francisco Bay Area law firm seeks experienced transactional Attorney. The work includes general corporate matters, M&A and equity financing. Capitalization Tables are a key element of this job. If you are very experienced in and enjoy corporate transactional work, then this job is for you. You will be working closing with the Partner in charge and responsible for taking the lead on closings. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the underlying transactions.
