This firm strongly advocates a healthy work-life balance and has a lower billable hour requirement than other law firms.

The firm will be going 100% remote by October 1, 2024. Qualified candidates must be comfortable working out of their home office, and reside within driving distance to Sacramento to attend bi-monthly meetings.

Requirements:

• Paralegal Certificate
• Proven civil litigation experience.
• Knowledge of state and local civil procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Comfortable working autonomously in a home-office environment
• Reside within a drivable distance of Sacramento

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents (i.e. correspondence, discovery, pleadings)
• Calendar management
• Court document filing
• Preparing records for deposition and trial
• Legal research

Salary Range:

• $65,000 – $80,000+ D.O.E.
