You will work with business owners and individuals on their business transactions and estate planning needs. Responsibilities will include handling general business transactions and financial planning, preparation of necessary legal documents including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and purchase and sale contracts, and trust administration. You will also advise clients on general tax consequences of estate planning and business transactions, preparing for and attending trial proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, and other client needs.
