SALARY: $155,000 To $175,000, D.O.E. plus bonuses!

Looking for an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our wine industry team in St. Helena, CA!

We are seeking an attorney with experience in land use and commercial real estate transactions. Useful experience includes winery and vineyard development and expansions, acquisitions, land use, title review, and financings. The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience in these areas, strong academic credentials with excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
