A workers' compensation defense firm is looking for an attorney to help meet a growing caseload that they have gained through reputation and referrals. You will be in charge of your cases from beginning to end. Litigation may include appeals, fraud, misconduct allegations, employer discrimination claims, and/or uninsured workers' compensation claims. This is a hybrid position with potential for more remote work over time. Experience with municipalities with towns and school districts is advantageous, but not necessary.
