A Title IX Attorney is needed at a thriving law practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be asked to conduct investigations of discrimination against students, look into harassment against employees and investigate abuse on behalf of clients. Handle cases from start to finish, from the initial report of conduct to written determination and appeal. This position may require you to interview children in a delicate manner without retraumatizing them.
