We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to lead the litigation process for assigned cases, from conducting legal research to drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis, and strategy development. You'll also engage in discovery, drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with internal teams and external experts to build compelling cases on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the litigation process for assigned cases
• Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis, and strategy development
• Engage in discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build compelling cases on behalf of our clients

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience first-chairing at least 5 trials and second-chairing a minimum of 3 trials
• Strong proficiency in discovery practice with a proven track record of success
• Ability to effectively conduct focus groups for case evaluation and preparation prior to trial
• Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in trial preparation tactics
