A SACRAMENTO law firm seeks an ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEY to join their team. This firm specializes in estate and business planning. They believe in developing long-term relationships and continuing to serve their clients as they grow. 

You will oversee trust administration, as well as evaluate and finalize legal documents for client execution. Conduct research, and draft pleadings and petitions for probate court. You will prepare legal contracts such as purchase and sale agreements. Manage the creation of a variety of legal documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, and other entity documents. And finally, provide tax advice to customers on a variety of transactions and planning options.
