This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be expected to litigate employment cases, respond to administrative charges, develop employment policies, and provide compliance training. You will file cases with California state and federal courts. You will encounter wage and hour cases, class action, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and disputes around the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
