Job Highlights:

• Build strong working relationships with end-users and deliver day to day support and resolutions to IT issues
• Be responsible for providing technical support for major projects, construction projects, medical devices, IT devices, audio/video projects, expansions, and major moves
• Work closely with the engineering team on telecom and hardware support and assist with major purchases and maintenance renewals for enterprise systems

Job Requirements:

• Three years minimum of experience in help desk or service desk operations
• At least three years of providing IT support in a multi-facility environment
• Excellent customer service skills working with end-users
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
