Our client is a fast-paced, full-service Immigration Law Firm dedicated to serving the Hispanic Community for over 20 years and seeks a passionate Immigration Law Attorney. They specialize in immigration law, providing expert interpretation and advice on a wide range of issues including immigration, citizenship, business immigration, political asylum, and the processes for securing travel, work, and student visas.

The ideal candidate will provide immigration, naturalization, and citizenship advice, conduct legal research, keep clients and staff updated on regulations, explain requirements, follow up on referrals, and maintain client rapport. Preferred experience includes criminal defense and the ability to manage a large caseload, attend all hearings, and handle various legal tasks. California State Bar admission and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in California.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $90,000 to $115,000.
