Salary: $52000 base plus commission

On Target Earnings for first 12 months: $60,000 - $100,000

Job Description:

As a Medicare Agent, you will be responsible for helping seniors understand their Medicare options and providing them with guidance on choosing the right plan for their needs. You will be expected to work with clients over the phone, email, and in-person to build relationships, provide guidance, and close sales. All sales reps are inundated with preset appointments and over 100 inbound calls each day.

Responsibilities:

• Work with seniors to understand their healthcare needs and provide guidance on Medicare options
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Identify sales opportunities and close business to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Continually educate yourself on Medicare policies and regulations to stay up-to-date with industry changes
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth

Qualifications:

• Active Medicare license(we can help you get licensed)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for helping seniors navigate the healthcare system
