Position:

Part-time Earth Advocate 10-20 hours per week

Day in the Life:

As an Earth Advocate Call Center Agent, your days will be dedicated to fostering meaningful

relationships with businesses and individuals , driving positive environmental change in the

community. You will begin your day by connecting with local businesses, understanding their

unique needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your goal is to build partnerships, encouraging

businesses to choose MOR products and services over the generic superstores.

Throughout the day, you will engage with individuals, answering their inquiries, addressing

concerns, and questions about gardening, landscaping, and anything MOR. Your empathetic and

attentive communication style will help establish trust and rapport, empowering callers to make

environmentally conscious decisions in their personal lives.

In addition to your call center responsibilities, you will step out into the community to attend

local events. Here, you will serve as the voice of MOR, educating the public about the social and

environmental impact of our initiatives. Whether speaking at community gatherings, local fairs,

or school events, you will passionately advocate for eco-friendly choices, encouraging everyone

to contribute to a greener future.
