Position Overview:

As a Site Load Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, inspecting their loads of yard waste, and determining the cubic yardage of each load. As the first point of contact for customers, you will represent our company and uphold our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

***** Politely greet Customer's as they arrive at the site.

***** Inspect each customer's load of yard waste to assess the cubic yardage accurately.

***** Provide assistance and guidance to customer's as needed.

***** Maintain cleanliness and organization at the site.

***** Communicate effectively with others.

Qualifications

***** High school diploma or equivalent.

***** Previous experience in customer service preferred.

***** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

***** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

***** Attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks as needed.

***** Basic math skills for calculating cubic yardage.
