Our new residential electrical repair and replacement company is seeking an Operations Manager to help build, lead, and scale our business from the ground up. What You’ll Do  Oversee daily operations for residential service and replacement calls  Build operational systems, workflows, and KPIs for a start-up environment  Hire, train, and coach technicians and office/dispatch team members  Track performance metrics (job average, conversion rates, revenue per tech, etc.)  Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, safety, and service standards  Manage inventory, fleet, scheduling, and vendor relationships  Support budgeting, P&L planning, and operational forecasting  Champion a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational discipline  Partner closely with the Owner to execute short- and long-term growth plans What We’re Looking For  3+ years of leadership experience in home services (preferably electrical)  Strong operational thinker—organized, KPI-driven, process-focused  Skilled in coaching, performance management, and team development  Able to build systems in a start-up environment with minimal pre-existing structure  Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM/dispatching platforms (ServiceTitan a plus)  Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
