    Part-Time Position Our top producing Real Estate team is in search of a driven, energetic, real estate enthusiast who is super-fast paced and a perfectionist. The selected candidate will exhibit tremendous drive and a compelling interest to succeed. They will also be sufficiently detail-oriented to quality and aesthetics. We are searching for a person who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. You will be "on location" to real estate properties and offices throughout Central Iowa setting up signage, taking photos, and making time-critical deliveries to help our clients have a successful real estate transaction. You will also be a key player for administrative tasks in our office related to our marketing process. We will train the selected candidate to be THE best of the best. Somebody who proves to be talented will have tons of potential for huge opportunities! This position is part-time,  15-20 hours per week, with some potential weekend or evening hours. We can offer flexible hours for your schedule, as long as you have a clear ability to prioritize needed tasks in an efficient, client-focused manner!  We are interested in what kind of skills you can offer to our business Responsibilities: Participate in training sessions to improve skills Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand Communicate changes and issues from clients to the rest of the team so they are resolved efficiently Provide concierge level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings Manage website, blog sites and social media to improve company recognition • Create customized branding and signage plans for our real estate listings • Assist with care and maintenance on our branded fleet including automobile and moving truck • Other tasks as needed   Qualifications: Some weekend and evening hours are required Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Must be organized, proficient and on-time Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Be a strong communicator • Must have valid drivers license • Must have clean driving record Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
