Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Enjoy working the best part of real estate - the fun of looking at homes with clients and interacting at open houses • Assist senior real estate agents with showings, client needs, and inspections • Show homes to buyer clients • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. • Host Open Houses as a representative of the team • Regularly assure buyer clients that the lead agent is involved and informed, promote team Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Iowa Real Estate license is required for this position • Member of DMAAR, IAR, and NAR • Present yourself in a professional manner Compensation: $18 hourly + commission
