Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their real estate needs; then find properties that meet those needs. • Act as a negotiator between your buyer and potential seller. • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs. • Participate in open houses, networking activities and training events to continue to improve your business. • Present purchase offers to sellers and/or seller's agent. • Network and market to prospect for new clients. • LOVE to work in a team environment, yet can be self disciplined and self managed. • Dedication to continuously improve personally and professionally. • Real estate is flexible, but you need to be available for clients and their schedule. Qualifications: • Iowa real estate license is required for this position. • Must have basic computer skills using MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets. • Prospective agents must be at least a high school graduate, preferably a college degree. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi tasking ability, and creativity. • Exceptional customer service skills are a must. • Thrive in a team environment, but can also be self-managed and self-disciplined. • Great at listening to clients. • Always willing to put in the work needed to ensure client satisfaction. Compensation: $65,000+ following plan
