Responsibilities: • Consult with customers to understand their property requirements and identify suitable properties that meet their needs. • Serve as a mediator between buyers and potential sellers in the real estate market. • Assist buyers in selecting financing options that align with their specific needs by connecting them with preferred lenders. • Submit offers to sellers or their representatives on behalf of buyers. • Actively participate in open houses, networking events, team development, and training sessions to enhance sales skills. • Continuously network and promote oneself to generate new customer leads. • Regularly engage in prospecting activities. • Demonstrate both teamwork and the ability to work independently with self-discipline. • Show commitment to personal and professional growth. • Adhere to established processes and systems within the real estate industry. • Be readily available for customers and accommodate their schedules. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients on a daily basis.
