Introduction: As a Senior Developer you will play a pivotal role in navigating the consultancy lifecycle within the technology domain. Your expertise will be crucial in defining problems, proposing solutions, and leading the development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our clients’ ability to adapt to the changing global landscape through innovative consulting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in all phases of the consulting lifecycle, from understanding requirements to solution delivery.
• Create and review designs, validate the architectural integrity, and ensure high service offerings to clients.
• Lead project estimation efforts, provide technical input, manage risks, and conduct code and unit test plan reviews.
• Mentor and lead teams in developing optimized and high-quality code, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and processes.
• Proactively handle critical design challenges and collaborate effectively to resolve them.
• Review and refine technical designs and requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Develop and share reusable components across projects to enhance efficiency and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the telecommunications sector.
• Profound knowledge of Comptel EventLink versions 6.x and 7.x, and PL/SQL.
• Strong programming skills in Perl, BLT, and Java.
• Proficiency in using version control tools.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and IT DevOps practices.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
