Job Requirements: * 1+ years of inside sales experience * Experience making outbound calls (using consultative approach) * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Self-starter * Organized and strong follow-up skills * Confident closing sales * Good computer skills Job Responsibilities: * Call and connect with 50+ prospects per day * Determine and evaluate customer needs * Demonstrate software products (via screen share) * Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus++ (not required) Schedule: Monday-Friday (during training 7-3:30 pm) Pay-rate: $16 - $19.25/hour + commission, bonus and spiffs First-year earnings range $50K - $75K.
