    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As the Product Owner for ITSM (IT Service Management), you will be responsible for the suite of tools and processes supporting various functions such as Asset Mgt, Configuration Mgt, Change Mgt, Incident Mgt, Problem Mgt, Knowledge Mgt, and Service Catalog.You will be working with both Remedyforce and ServiceNow platforms to develop automations to support ITIL and business processes and integrations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Solves user problems and requests with our business systems and chosen tools.
    • Promotes and governs the use of ITIL practices.
    • Work with other product owners to prioritize and plan stories with the team based on business impact.
    • Manage request submissions through a ticketing system.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of experience working with BMC Remedy products or ServiceNow.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related.
    • ITIL certification preferred.
    • Demonstrated passion for improving processes and adopting new technologies.
    • Ability to bring flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing/changing priorities.
    • Highly logical thinker who can work in a team and cross functional environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention and focus on detail.
    • Superior written and oral communication required.
