Paul Davis is dedicated to providing extraordinary care to our customers, with urgency at the heart of our Emergency Services Division. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who has a proven track record of drying properties while following IICRC guidelines. This Individual would be responsible for quality and to ensure adherence to IICRC and other regulatory agency guidelines. The Assistant Manager will communicate with the customer, the insurance carrier and Paul Davis team members all aspects of the drying job. A qualified candidate has dried hundreds of prior projects with success in providing quick results and satisfied customers.

The ideal candidate:

· Excels in customer care

· Is current with WRT, ASD, AMRT

· Has 2-3 years’ experience in disaster restoration

· Excels in details

· Has a valid driver’s license

· Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds

· Excels in leading and training technicians

This position requires after hours, on call work. If you demand more of yourself than others demand from you, Paul Davis is a good fit for you. We provide onsite and in-class paid training to increase knowledge base. We recognize hard work and require a high level of integrity.

This is a full time $65,000 salary position with bonus and OT available.
