Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly. • Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment. • Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects. • Documenting job progress clearly and accurately. Qualifications: • 3 years minimum of experience in Mitigation & Restoration. • IICRC WRT Certification, minimally. • Ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team effectively. • PSA and Encircle program experience preferred. • Valid US driver's license with a clean record. • Ability to be able to pass a background check. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
